FG don talk say health workers must resign their appointment before dem japa

D minister of state for health, Dr. Tunji Alausa, don tok on Saturday say federal government don give direction say any health worker wey dey plan to pack go d abroad wey we don know as japa dese days must resign deir appointments before dem japa.

Dr Alausa com tori dis one when im visit d Neuro-Psychiatric hospital, Aro, for Abeokuta, Ogun State.

D minister tori say no more leave of absence as dem dey do am before, and dis order dey among d executive order wey presido sign as part of effort to manage d japa syndrome wey dey happen especially for our health sector wey don cause plenty brain drain.

D minister com still tori say federal government don also start plenty manpower production for health sector as d yearly enrolment of nurses go soon reach 120,000 before d year go finish from d 28,000 wey e be before.

And im come still tok say dem dey look into better package for health workers for d country and better development as far as infrastructure dey concerned.
